ACHiiVE was founded 2 decades ago by L&D experts from the Pharmaceutical Industry who were frustrated by the quality of skills development training available at the time.
They pioneered the use of simulation-based, experiential training and used their deep understanding of the Pharmaceutical sector to better equip clients with the skills needed to get the right medicines to the right patients most effectively.

Over the past 2 years we have developed a program to build the resilience of post pandemic school leavers.
The challenge was to viscerally build the resilience of these young people, not simply educate them on what resilience means.
This challenge was brought to us by Cambridge Marketing College who reported that post pandemic entrants to their apprenticeship schemes lacked real world resilience. They presented as more timid, more likely to miss deadlines, drop-out rates were higher as was absenteeism due to stress and anxiety.
Our work over the past two years has measurably increased the resilience of participants and created truly inspiring personal stories of how this has helped individuals cope with the pressures of transitioning into adult work life.
